1. Using this website

By using this website, you agree to these website terms. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us and to use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit material that violates another person’s rights. Using this website or accepting these terms does not itself constitute SMS consent.

2. Inquiries and services

Sending an inquiry or booking a consultation does not create a paid service agreement or guarantee project acceptance, availability, or results. Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, cancellation arrangements, and ownership of client deliverables are established in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the services it covers.

3. FWD SMS messaging terms

Program and purpose. FWD’s SMS program supports inquiry follow-ups, consultation scheduling and reminders, project and service updates, and customer support. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Inquiry-related opt-in does not authorize unrelated promotional messages.

Your choice. You enroll only by separately and affirmatively consenting to receive texts from FWD at the mobile number you provide. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or agreeing to these website terms is not enough to enroll. You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of that number. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can contact us by email without opting into texts.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the FWD SMS messaging program.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any FWD text to cancel that messaging subscription. You may receive one confirmation message, then further messages for that subscription will stop unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by emailing admin@fwd-mgmt.com or calling (818) 839-8515. If your number changes, let us know so we can stop using the old number.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also reach FWD at admin@fwd-mgmt.com or (818) 839-8515.

Delivery. Text delivery depends on mobile networks and service availability. Mobile carriers are not responsible for late or undelivered messages. This program is not an emergency communication service.

Privacy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers may process this information only as needed to deliver and support FWD messages. See our Privacy Policy’s SMS section.

4. Website content and external services

FWD’s site design, branding, and content belong to FWD or their respective rights holders. You may view the site for personal or business evaluation, but may not reproduce or distribute protected material without permission. Please submit only materials you are authorized to share.

We link to or embed third-party services for inquiries, booking, and social media. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or content.

5. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. Website examples and descriptions do not promise a particular business outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any service-specific warranties or responsibilities are addressed in the applicable written project agreement.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, with the current version and effective date posted here. Changes to website terms do not automatically enroll you in texts or broaden an earlier SMS consent. Material changes to a messaging program will be communicated and new consent obtained where required.
