FWD (Forward Management Group, “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains here how we handle information collected through fwd-mgmt.com, our inquiry and booking forms, and related communications.
1. Information you share
When you contact us or book a consultation, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project or automation needs, appointment details, and messages. If you choose to receive text messages, this may also include your consent choices and records of those choices.
Our website, hosting, and form providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested, and timestamps. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an inquiry unless it is necessary and we have agreed on an appropriate way to share it.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, understand project requirements, arrange consultations, deliver agreed services, provide support, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. If you separately consent to SMS, we may use your mobile number for the messaging purposes described at the time of your consent.
3. Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers for website hosting, forms, scheduling, customer relationship management, and communications. They may process information as needed to provide those services for FWD. Our inquiry and booking tools are powered by HighLevel/LeadConnector.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and the security of our services. SMS consent and mobile information are subject to the additional restrictions below.
4. SMS consent and mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Limited access by providers that help deliver and support FWD messages is solely for that service, not for their independent marketing.
Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not by itself authorize text messages. SMS enrollment requires a separate, affirmative opt-in. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Any promotional text program would require its own appropriate consent; inquiry-related consent does not automatically enroll you in marketing texts.
With your consent, FWD may send inquiry follow-ups, consultation scheduling and reminders, project or service updates, and customer support messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. We may send one confirmation of your request, after which messages for that subscription will stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email admin@fwd-mgmt.com, or call (818) 839-8515. Read the SMS terms for additional details.
5. Website technology and third-party links
Embedded forms, booking tools, fonts, and other providers may use cookies or similar technology under their own privacy notices. Your browser settings can control some of these technologies, although disabling them may affect site features. Links to external services, including social platforms, take you to sites governed by their own policies.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide services, maintain consent and business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your request and retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including records needed to honor an opt-out. To stop texts, use STOP or contact us directly.
Our services are intended for business clients and adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above identifies this version. Changes do not expand a previous SMS consent without any new consent that is required.
